United Bank offers fixed rate terms 15 to 30 years. We also offer interest only as well as traditional ARM's (Adjustable Rate Mortgages). We offer a variety of reduced documentation loan programs including stated income, no documentation, and no ratio Loans. United Bank Mortgage offers conventional financing on primary investment and second/vacation homes.

Conventional Loans

These loans feature fixed or adjustable interest rates and are available with extended repayment terms. United Bank offers loan amounts up to 100% of the purchase price and we even have options that do not require mortgage insurance.

The Veteran's Administration created these mortgage loans to help qualified veterans finance homes with 100% financing.

Mortgage loans in excess of $359,650 available with fixed and adjustable rate options.
